A2: We design and manufacture all kinds of automated assembly machines according to your requirements and the structure of your products to save your labor cost, improved product quality and increase production efficiency. The machine will be delivery as contract after two-time inspection and acceptance. We also provide the training of equipment technical for your employees before the equipment to be delivery. After one-year warranty period，we still provide customers with professional technical support and best services continuously.

Q3: What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
A3: 1 set is ok. As our experience, all the average cost you need to pay must be cheaper when you order more. You can order the appropriate number of machine to save your own cost.

What’s the trade term and payment terms?
EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDU are all ok for us. Payment terms will be accepted when it is T/T, western union, Cash and so on.

Q4: Where is the port of loading?
A4: Our machine manufacture in our own company which located in XIAMEN.Therefore,the port of loading is XIAMEN PORT, FUJIAN, CHINA;

How can I get the correct quotation from your company?
If you send us an inquiry or leave your contact information on our website, we will reply you within 24 hours. When all the details of your end products to be provided and all the machine configurations to be confirmed, we will give you the final valid quotation within 2 hours.

Q5: How long will your offer be valid?
A5: We are a manufacturer who focus on the quality so that we are never greedy for windfall profit. In another word, our offers are usually good for one year. We will adjust price within a reasonable extent when the exchange rate or raw material cost changed too much.

Q6: How about the installation and commissioning on new purchases?
A6: We will provide the professional training of equipment technology about 15days for our clients. If necessary，we will send our technicians to your place to guide the installation, commissioning and training your operator. Clients cover the charge of return ticket, board(meals), lodging expenses and a daily allowance of USD$200 per person per day for our service engineer; prepare the tools (crane, welding machine and electric wrench), the power and the materials for testing work; do the foundation work before our technician arrive your work site.

Q7: What’s the leading time for new machine?
A7: Within 120 working days after receipt of the 30% deposit or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight without “soft clauses”

Q8: What should I do if I experience a problem on our equipment?
A8: You can send us an email with the photos or videos to show us what happens. We will feedback you immediately if we get your email. We also can provide you on-site technician service available as your requirements.

Q9: How much space is necessary for a machine?
A9: Normally, a machine needs 20m² of space at least which includes the hopper of raw materials, main body of machine, finished products area and so on.

Q10: How many workers are needed for a new plant?
A10: When our machines to be turned on, all the parts of end products will be transferred accurately into the right position and assembled automatically with 24-hour non-stop work smoothly. One worker is enough for taking care of 4 machines in running properly. Your factory can take two or three shifts to make good use of the high production capacity of our machine.

Q11: How durable of our machine?
A11: The mold frame is made of Carbon steel S45C which can press more than 50,000 times.
Most all of the components and parts in our machines is CE certified from top famous electronic brands home and abroad. Under regular operation, our machines can be running more than 10 years, while it depends on the daily maintenance.

Q12: How about the efficiency of your machine？
A12: 800-1300pcs/hour，
Normally, 1000pcs per hour.
The efficiency depends on the size and the structure of your end product.

Q13: How long will the delivery time take?
A13: Normally it will take about 35-40 days to produce the ordered machines. Most of the time, we can have an immediate delivery of our regular machines in 30 days.

A15: Around 25-30 days, according to local situation.
