All these factors above are important before placing an order. But we find that, after-sales services weigh much, and often, so important that it even influence whether a client will choose to buy a machine in the end.

So what kind of after-sales service do we provide?

First, tooling and component support. We promise one-year guarantee. Within this period, if any of your consumerable parts is broken, we send new ones to you for free. But beyond this period, you have to pay the charges yourself.

Second, technician support. As long as you need technicians help you install or adjust machines on site, our technicians will go to your place and help you with it. But please bear the cost of flight tickets and food and lodging.

Third, technical training. When our machine is completed, you can send your workers here to check machine quality. In addition, we provide professional training for your technicians so that your team can know how to use and adjust machines.
