We prefer T/T payment method. When we receive your down payment, your deposit, we start manufacturing the machine.

Firstly, we may need a few samples of your hose clamps to better evaluate and design the machine based on characteristics of your products.

When our team receives your samples, engineers begin to design and start working on their engineering drawings. Designing is always the most important and time-consuming part in the whole process.

After engineers finish all the drawings, our purchasing department and CNC machinery department will work together to prepare all the stuff that is required for machine assembly. During this period, customers must send us a large quantity of samples of semi-finished hose clamps( separate housings, screws and straps) for trial of machine running.

When everything is ready, it's time to finish machine assembly and adjust the machine. By putting a lot of sample spare parts of hose clamps into the machine, technicians can judge if the machine is working well and if there's any need for any adjustment.

Then, customers can send their technicians to our factory to check machine quality and receive machine maintenance and adjustment training.

When everything is OK, then we will ship the machine based on the trade terms we promised.
