1、 Automatic design

Definition: the process of obtaining all necessary information for mechanical design.

Key points of automation:

1. The requirements of the process must be specified.

2. The design scope and work responsibilities must be specified.

3. There must be engineering drawings of all relevant workpieces or other documents that can obtain this information.

4. It is better to clarify the time and cost requirements of the task.

II. Scheme design of automatic mechanical equipment:

Definition: the overall conceptual design of the machine tool according to the requirements of design input.

Key points of automation scheme:

1. Check whether there are overall general requirements

2. Analyze and record the process requirements of the equipment in detail.

3. Arrange the action sequence of the equipment according to the process requirements and analyze the beat.

IV. customer review:

3. Record the part agreed by the customer and the part explicitly proposed by the customer for modification, and both parties sign for confirmation.

V. detailed design:

Definition: carry out all detailed design according to the scheme approved by the customer and complete all design documents.

1. At the initial stage of detailed design, determine the model of long-term purchased parts as soon as possible and place an order for purchase.

2. Check carefully in each view to ensure that there is no interference in all parts.

3. All details shall be clearly expressed in the drawings as far as possible.

4. Ensure that each part has clear material, surface treatment and heat treatment requirements.

5. Analyze the dimension chain of key dimensions to ensure that the nominal dimensions and tolerances meet the design requirements.

Vi. review of automatic mechanical equipment documents:

Definition: organize internal personnel to review the design documents completed by detailed design.

1. Review whether the material selection and heat treatment method of parts are appropriate, and whether the surface treatment meets the requirements.

2. Check whether all contact dimensions and matching features are correct.

3. Check whether the type selection of purchased parts is appropriate.

4. Check whether the design documents (including assembly drawing, BOM, part drawing, etc.) are complete.

VII. Development and production:

Definition: hand over all documents approved by drawings to relevant personnel for procurement, processing and assembly.

1. Ensure complete archiving of documents and make relevant records.

2. Ensure that all subsequent work links have received the required documents, such as procurement, processing, assembly, commissioning, etc.
