In terms of storm surge, it is expected that 50 to 110 cm storm surge will occur in the Bohai Bay, Laizhou Bay and the northern coast of Shandong Peninsula from the morning of September 6 to the morning of September 7. The tide level stations in Caofeidian, Huanghua, Tanggu, Tianjin and Binzhou, Shandong will reach the local blue warning tide level in the afternoon of the 6th, and the tide level stations in Qinhuangdao, Shandong Weifang, Penglai and Yantai will reach the local blue warning tide level in the night of the 6th. The storm surge warning level of Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Tangshan and Cangzhou in Hebei Province, Binzhou, Dongying, Weifang and Yantai in Shandong Province is blue.

In terms of waves, it is expected that from noon on September 6 to noon on September 7, there will be 2.5 to 4 meters of big waves in the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea; There will be 2-3m medium to large waves in the coastal waters of eastern Shandong and Liaoning, and the wave warning level in the coastal waters is blue.

The State Oceanic forecast station reminds vessels operating in the above sea areas to pay attention to safety, and relevant coastal units shall take wave prevention and avoidance measures in advance; At the same time, strengthen marine fishery and aquaculture facilities, carry out patrol and maintenance of seawall, sluice and other facilities, strengthen seawall in weak and dangerous areas, make moisture-proof preparations, and stop open-air collective activities and sea related entertainment and leisure activities such as fishing, swimming, surfing and diving.
